On October 8, 2014, Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung, Chairman - General Director of TrungThanh, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association (HASMEA), was awarded the medal of "For the development of the business" by Chairman of Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) for outstanding achievements in the development of the association as well as of Vietnam business community.

Looking forward to the 60-years anniversary of Liberation Day Ha Noi – the capital of Viet Nam (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2014) and the 10-years anniversary of Vietnam Businessman (October 13, 2004 – October 13, 2014), in Hanoi, HASMEA in collaboration with Hanoi Industry and Trade Department organized a conference of "The role of entrepreneurs, enterprises in the construction and development of the capital" to honor typical role-model as well as to share the experiences of businesses, contributing to the construction and development of Ha Noi in recent years.
The participants included Mr. Dinh Hanh, Former Vice Chairman of Hanoi city; Mr. Hoang Van Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of VCCI; Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung, Permanent Vice Chairman of HASMEA; members of HASMEA; leader representation of departments, boards and typical entrepreneurs, business of Ha Noi.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung attracted the participation of many entrepreneurs, business in Ha Noi city
At the conference, Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung also has a presentation in which stated the process of the construction and development of the capital’s economy for 60 years, outlined the achievements that TrungThanh achieved in 20 years and the contributions to Vietnam business community as well as society.

Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung particularly emphasize on policies and measures of Government as well as of Hanoi city to support small and medium enterprises such as TrungThanh. These policies, in general, covered every aspect of the business, but still have some shortcomings when put into practice. Permanent Vice Chairman of HASMEA, Mr. Phi Ngoc Chung, wish would continue to receive the support and interest of the State in general and Hanoi in particular with many practical policies and measures whereby businesses have many opportunities to invest, innovate, contribute to the growing of Hanoi city.
